Marking its tenth anniversary, the 2025 edition of Australia Post’s eCommerce Report set out to do more than reflect on the past — it aimed to shine a light on what’s ahead. The concept, Illuminate, positioned the report as a source of guidance and insight for businesses navigating a year shaped by economic pressure, changing shopper behaviours, and shifting retail expectations.
The look and feel was designed to balance clarity with energy. A bold yet editorial system brought structure to a dense volume of data, insights and expert commentary. The expanded colour palette – led by rich reds, pinks and purples – gave the report a confident, contemporary feel. Cropped brand symbols, expressive photography, playful infographics and 3D illustrations added warmth and momentum throughout.
A modular, bento box-style layout was introduced to make the report more digestible and engaging, helping readers easily navigate through sections and find the insights most relevant to them. The design toolkit also included flexible typographic styles, iconography, chart systems and layout structures, all built to scale seamlessly across print and digital.
I supported the design development of the report, helping apply the visual identity across key layouts, infographics and content sections.
